Blinkbonny House is a beautiful detached bungalow built in the 1930's on what was formerly an apple orchard, part of the old Blinkbonnie Estate, (later changed to Blinkbonny) situated on the west side of Edinburgh in one of the finest districts of the city.

Our house sits on an elevated position overlooking a tree-lined park to the rear of the property. The rooms to the rear of the house have a spectacular outlook over the surrounding area.

Blinkbonny House is in an excellent location for easy access into the city centre. It is only a 5 minute bus ride to Princes Street or a pleasant 20 minute walk past some of Edinburgh’s splendid Victorian dwellings and tree lined streets.
